Education
I have a plethora of teaching experience. In 2014/2015, I taught metabolic biochemistry for the sections "Food Quality Control" and "Science of Life" at the Faculty of Sciences of Bizerte (levels 1 and 2). That same year, I was also a teacher of structural biochemistry for the section "Food Quality Control" at the Faculty of Sciences of Bizerte (level 1). I also co-supervised the Effect of a nutritional supplement based on grape seed on the production of laying hens and microbiological study and nutritional values of a mixture of "Bsissa and grape seeds of the Merlot Variety." I have technical skills in technical cellular biology, microbiology, microscopy, molecular biology, biochemistry, animal manipulation, analytical methods, and computer skills.
Experience
From 2012 to 2018, I completed my Ph.D. Biological Sciences Thesis: The Immunological effects of grape seed and skin extract and Orlistat in Wistar rats on a high-fat diet at the Faculty of Sciences of Bizerte, Tunisia. From 2007 to 2017, I earned my License Degree in Molecular Cell Biology and Biotechnology at the Faculty of Sciences of Gafsa, Tunisia. In 2007, I earned my Baccalaureates in Experimental Sciences.
